Roles & Responsibilities

Desired Qualification, Experience, And Skills
– Assist users with basic issues related to AVD & Windows 365 environments.
– Provide assistance to users accessing Azure Virtual Desktop & Windows 365
environments.
– Help troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
– Monitor user sessions and ensure they are running smoothly.
– Assist users with session – related issues, such as disconnects or log – in
problems.
– Help configure user settings and profiles within the AVD environment.
– Ensure that users have access to the necessary applications and resources.
– Monitor usage metrics and performance indicators for AVD.
– Monitor user accounts and ensure proper licensing.
– Report any anomalies or issues to Level 2 support.
