Desired Qualification, Experience, And Skills
- Assist users with basic issues related to AVD & Windows 365 environments.
- Provide assistance to users accessing Azure Virtual Desktop & Windows 365
environments.
- Help troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
- Monitor user sessions and ensure they are running smoothly.
- Assist users with session - related issues, such as disconnects or log - in
problems.
- Help configure user settings and profiles within the AVD environment.
- Ensure that users have access to the necessary applications and resources.
- Monitor usage metrics and performance indicators for AVD.
- Monitor user accounts and ensure proper licensing.
- Report any anomalies or issues to Level 2 support.
