Key Accountabilities
– Ensure all legal documentation, fund/DPM structures, and investment contracts comply with UAE and international regulations
– Work closely with compliance, risk, and finance teams to assess legal risks
– Lead interactions with regional and international regulators
– Develop legal frameworks to enhanc e governance and legal compliance
– Support dispute resolution and litigation matters related to investments and corporate governance. Discretionary Portfolio Management (DPM)
