Purpose:
To design, develop, and enhance high-quality frontend applications that deliver secure, responsive, and user-friendly digital experiences, while ensuring alignment with technical standards, architecture, and business requirements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain responsive, high-performing frontend applications using React and React Native.
– Own delivery of complex features end to end, from UI design handoff through production release.
– Translate UI/UX designs and business requirements into functional, accessible interfaces.
– Build reusable components and shared libraries to improve consistency across products.
– Integrate frontend applications with backend services, APIs, and third-party platforms.
– Apply client-side security practices for authentication, session handling, and sensitive data.
– Manage mobile release cycles across App Store and Google Play, including native build configuration.
– Ensure applications meet performance, security, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility standards.
– Conduct code reviews and uphold frontend engineering standards across the squad.
– Troubleshoot complex frontend and device-specific issues and implement durable fixes.
– Optimize application performance, usability, and maintainability.
– Support automated testing, CI/CD, and production issue resolution.
– Mentor junior engineers and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
– 4 years of frontend engineering experience.
– Strong React and React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, state management, and Git.
– Hands-on experience with native build tooling (Xcode, Android Studio) and app store releases (Good to have)
