China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC ME) is hiring NOC Engineer to manage and coordinate authority approvals for major infrastructure projects in Dubai.
Requirements:
- Prepare and submit NOC applications to relevant authorities such as RTA, Dubai Municipality (DM), DEWA, Etisalat, DU, Civil Defense, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with design teams, engineers, and external consultants to obtain required drawings and technical documents for NOC submissions.
- Monitor and track the status of submissions through authority portals and ensure timely follow-up with authorities.
- Address authority comments and coordinate necessary revisions with internal teams to secure approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of all NOC submissions, approvals, and correspondence.
- Review drawings and technical documents prior to submission to ensure compliance with authority standards and project specifications.
- Ensure all submission documents are complete, accurate, and aligned with authority requirements.
- Support project teams in identifying authority requirements during project planning and execution stages.
- Assist in resolving issues related to utility conflicts, right-of-way requirements, and authority regulations
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7years of experience in NOC coordination or authority submissions for infrastructure or utility projects in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE authority procedures and submission systems (RTA,
- DM, DEWA, Etisalat, DU, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Experience using authority submission portals and managing approval processes.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good coordination and documentation skills.
