Legal Advisor
This role will act as a key legal partner to the business, providing commercially focused legal advice across corporate, operational, and technology-related matters. The successful candidate will support senior leadership in managing legal risk, ensuring compliance, and enabling the smooth execution of business-critical commercial activities.
Key Responsibilities
– Provide legal advice to senior stakeholders on a range of commercial, corporate, and operational matters
– Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including IT services agreements, MSAs, SLAs, licensing agreements, and vendor contracts
– Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance frameworks
– Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and commercial risks across business activities
– Manage disputes, claims, and litigation matters, coordinating with external counsel where required
– Develop and maintain internal legal policies and procedures
– Support procurement, sales, and delivery teams on contract structuring and negotiation strategy
Requirements
– Law degree from a recognised and accredited university
– Minimum 8+ years’ experience in legal advisory or in-house legal roles
– Strong background in corporate and commercial law, ideally within technology, IT services, Holding Group or consulting environments
– Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts
– Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management frameworks
– Experience with technology-related contracts (MSAs, SLAs, SaaS, licensing agreements) preferred
