Our esteemed client, a leading manufacturing company in Jeddah, is looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations and deliver a strong employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and ensure accurate employee data and HR transactions.
- Lead manpower planning initiatives aligned with business requirements, workforce demand, organizational structure, and budget.
- Drive Employee Experience initiatives and improve HR service delivery.
- Handle Employee Relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policies.
- Oversee Payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Partner with business leaders on HR operational and employee-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.
Requirements:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 💼 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- Solid experience in Employee Relations, Employee Experience, and Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and Saudi labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
