About the Opportunity:
Join a leading, well established organisation and play a key role in strengthening corporate governance, compliance, and accountability across their entire business.
Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the corporate governance framework.
– Ensure the Delegation of Authority (DoA) and authority matrix remain aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and governance best practices.
– Advise and support the Board and its committees on governance, compliance, and fiduciary matters.
– Develop, communicate, and maintain governance policies and procedures across the organisation.
– Review and enhance internal policies, procedures, manuals, charters, and processes to ensure alignment with governance standards and constitutional documents.
– Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, risk awareness, and ethical business conduct.
Candidate Requirements:
– Must be Saudi National.
– Proven experience for 13+ years in corporate governance, board affairs, compliance, or company secretarial functions.
– Must have corporate governance experience for a large business operating within the energy or oil & gas sector in KSA.
– Strong understanding of governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
Qualifications Needed:
– Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
– Master’s Degree in Law or a relevant field is a plus.
– Professional certifications in Governance & Compliance (CCEP, GRC Professional Certification, CISA) are beneficial
