Corporate Lawyer — Dubai (Full-time, On-site)
This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Lawyer role based in Dubai. The role involves advising clients on regulatory compliance and TMT.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university.
– At least five years’ experience.
– Strong corporate and commercial law skills.
– Experience in regulatory and compliance work, including TMT, data privacy, licensing, and sector-specific regulations.
– Strong client-facing skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and manage expectations.
– Excellent written and verbal communication in English; strong Arabic language skills are beneficial but not required.
Preferable Candidates:
– Valid residence in UAE.
– Prior experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
– Prior Experience in dealing with regulators in UAE.
– E-commerce regulatory experience — including product safety and recalls, pricing and promotions, consumer protection law enforcement.
