We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team in Bahrain and represent an international bags and accessories brand.
The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience while maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build strong customer relationships.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, including product features, materials, and collections.
- Ensure products are properly displayed and the store is maintained according to brand standards.
- Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations when required.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the brand positively at all times.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Experience in bags, accessories, fashion, luxury, or premium retail is an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Sales-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good command of English.
- Previous Bahrain or GCC retail experience is an advantage.
