Project Engineer

We are looking for a Project Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or architecture and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Fit-Out projects. The ideal candidate will be site-based, with strong technical coordination skills and hands-on experience using Revit for reviewing and coordinating project models and drawings.

Key Responsibilities

– Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities for fit-out works.
– Review and coordinate Revit models, shop drawings, and construction documents.
– Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
– Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
– Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with HSE requirements.
– Resolve technical issues and coordinate design changes.
– Prepare progress reports and attend coordination meetings.
– Support project delivery through to final handover.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
– Minimum 5 years of experience in Fit-Out projects.
– Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
– Strong knowledge of fit-out construction methods and finishing works.
– Ability to read and coordinate construction drawings and BIM models.
– Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
– Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
– Willing to work full-time on-site.
