Roads Engineer

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Road Engineer to supervise road and infrastructure construction works, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

– Read and interpret engineering drawings, IFC drawings, and project specifications
– Supervise road and infrastructure works, including earthworks, pavement, drainage, and utility networks
– Monitor daily site activities, work progress, manpower, and subcontractors
– Coordinate with Survey, QA/QC, HSE, Planning, and Project teams
– Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, quality, and HSE requirements
– Attend client and consultant inspections and follow up on technical comments and NCRs
– Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and support project delivery
.Qualification

– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
– Minimum 5 years of experience in road and infrastructure projects
– Strong ability to read engineering drawings and supervise site execution
– Experience in government or Ministry of Defense projects is preferred
– Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
– Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
