Job Description – Product Manager (COHUB)
Role Overview
The Product Manager – COHUB will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling a Centralized Operations Hub (COHUB) that enables remote management, real-time monitoring, and data-driven decision-making across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy
– Identify opportunities to centralize operations and automate manual processes
– Align COHUB development with business goals, client expectations, and scalability plans
2. Operations Integration
– Translate operational workflows into digital processes within COHUB
– Standardize and integrate:
– Parking/valet/car wash/golf operations
– Incident management
– Customer handling
– Ensure SOPs are embedded into the system
3. System Design & Implementation
– Work closely with tech teams to:
– Develop dashboards, tracking systems, and control tools
– Integrate systems such as YooPlatform, LPR, CCTV, IMS, Intercom
– Define system requirements, workflows, and user journeys
4. Workforce & Productivity Optimization
– Design systems for:
– Staff tracking (location, attendance)
– Productivity monitoring
– Workforce allocation across sites
– Operational forms & reports
– Reduce dependency on site managers through remote supervision
5. Continuous Improvement
– Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current operations
– Drive automation, optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
– Lead pilot projects and scale successful models
Key Deliverables
– Real-time operational dashboards
– Standardized SOP-driven operations
– Reduced incident rates and revenue leakages
– Improved response time and operational efficiency
– Scalable model across all locations
Key Skills & Competencies
– Strong understanding of operations (parking / valet / facility management preferred)
– Experience in product management or system implementation
– Analytical mindset with focus on data-driven decisions
– Knowledge of:
– Dashboard tools (Power BI, etc.)
– Process design & SOPs
– System integrations
– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Success Metrics (KPIs)
– % of operations managed remotely via COHUB
– Reduction in incidents and operational errors
– Improvement in revenue accuracy and reconciliation
– SLA compliance across locations
– Reduction in manpower dependency
– Client satisfaction and reporting quality
Educational Qualification
– Bachelor’s degree in one of the following:
– Engineering (IT / Computer Science / Industrial / Systems)
– Business Administration / Operations Management
– Data Analytics / Information Systems
Experience Required
Minimum Experience
– At least 3 plus years in Product Management / System Implementation / Digital Transformation
