Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Doha, Qatar at Aionis Wellness. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques and modern physiotherapy technologies. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical examinations, delivering manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, guiding patients through rehabilitation programs, and monitoring progress to adjust interventions as needed. The role involves close collaboration with dermatology, nutrition, and integrative wellness teams to support comprehensive, AI-informed care pathways. The Physiotherapist will also educate patients on prevention, self-management strategies, and lifestyle modifications, while maintaining accurate clinical documentation and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Professional physiotherapy expertise, including assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation planning.
- Clinical skills in musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and pain management physiotherapy, with knowledge of evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment, working closely with medical, aesthetic, and wellness professionals.
- Strong patient communication and education skills, with a focus on empathy, cultural sensitivity, and clear guidance on home care.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate clinical records, using digital health tools, and integrating technology into treatment planning.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution; relevant professional licensure or eligibility to practice in Qatar.
- Experience in a wellness, rehabilitation, or integrative medicine setting is an advantage; prior work with tech-enabled or AI-supported care is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed, maintain professional ethics, and contribute to a high-standard, patient-centred environment.
