Role Description
We are seeking an organized and people-focused Human Resources & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities and support the smooth running of our office.
The role covers recruitment, employee contracts, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee engagement, and general office administration. The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and team managers to maintain a positive culture, keep employees aligned with the company’s goals and values, and ensure consistent HR practices.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama, Bahrain.

Key Responsibilities

– Coordinate recruitment, interviews, offers, onboarding, and offboarding.
– Prepare and maintain employee contracts, letters, records, and confidential HR documentation.
– Manage attendance, leave, employee benefits, and monthly payroll inputs.
– Coordinate performance evaluations, goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
– Support managers in addressing performance concerns and following up on agreed actions.
– Promote employee engagement and help maintain a positive, inclusive, and collaborative culture.
– Keep employees aligned with the company’s goals, values, policies, and expected standards of conduct.
– Support employee relations and respond to HR-related questions or concerns.
– Develop and maintain HR policies and help ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law.
– Coordinate training, internal communication, and team-building activities.
– Manage office supplies, facilities, vendors, travel, meetings, and general office requirements.
– Maintain administrative records, invoices, agreements, and renewal schedules.
– Support leadership with HR reports, workforce planning, and general administration.

Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Previous experience in HR and office administration.
– Good understanding of employment contracts, performance management, and local employment practices.
– Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information responsibly.
– Fluency in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
– Experience in a creative, consulting, or technology-driven environment is preferred.
