We’re hiring an App Operations Coordinator for a growing discount and offers app in Kuwait.
This role is about keeping things running smoothly: communicating with merchants, following up on operational tasks, and being the go-to person between the app and the people who use it.
What you’ll be doing:
• Coordinating with partner merchants — onboarding, follow-ups, and day-to-day communication
• Handling operational tasks and tracking them to completion
• Communicating with external companies and internal team members clearly and professionally
• Supporting the team with general app-related tasks as the platform grows
What we’re looking for:
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable with computers, apps, and digital tools
• A people person — you communicate clearly and follow through
• Organized, proactive, and reliable
• Based in Kuwait
