Responsibilities
– Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
– Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
– Manage client relationships and understand their hiring needs
– Coordinate interviews and support offer negotiations
– Write recruitment reports tracking pipeline status and hiring metrics
– Maintain candidate/client records in the ATS
Requirements
– Saudi
– 1–3 years recruitment experience, including technical recruitment
– Strong written communication and reporting skills
– Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards)
– Fluent in English and Arabic (Mandatory)
– Based in Saudi Arabia
