Role Overview: We are seeking a highly qualified Director & Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and ensure strict alignment with Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
– Direct all financial planning, accounting, and capital adequacy management.
– Prepare and submit accurate regulatory financial reports to the CBB.
– Establish robust internal financial controls and liaise with external auditors.
– Drive corporate financial strategy and provide executive-level advisory.
CBB-Mandated Qualifications:
– Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
– Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
– Proven track record operating within a CBB-regulated financial institution.
– Comprehensive understanding of corporate governance and financial compliance.
